Dan moved to the Flathead Valley with his wife and their three children in 1999 from Grand Junction, Colorado.  While living in Colorado, Dan was involved in numerous personal real estate transactions, buying and selling personal residences, upgrading every two to three years by purchasing “fixer uppers”. 

He became acquainted with a progressive, innovative Realtor there and helped purchase, develop, and sell a subdivision called “Boot Hill”.  His love for real estate from a personal level inspired him to obtain his real estate license when he moved to Montana to further hone his skills and share his love for the industry.  He has obtained his GRI designation and is working towards his Brokers license and CRS.  He is a firm Believer in honest, ethical, dedicated real estate practices and truly takes a personal interest in doing what is best for his clients.
